JPAR Real Estate Sets Out to Help Agents Achieve Financial Success

JPAR Real Estate is on a mission to create the most millionaire agents in the industry. To do this, they’re putting two key pieces of technology to help its agents achieve financial success: an expense tracking app to save time and money come tax time and an agent-branded mobile home search app for consumers.

Mileage and expense tracking are time-consuming, manual tasks for real estate agents. But agents could be missing out on as much as $10,000 in deductible expenses every year, Hurdlr estimates.
That’s why JPAR has enlisted the help of Hurdlr to help agents keep track of these tax-saving expenses. JPAR believes the new Hurdlr app will save agents an average of $5,600 and approximately 18 hours of agents’ time.

It will also give their agents the financial insights they need to operate their businesses. It’s as easy as connecting your bank account and swiping right or left to determine if the expense is a personal or business expense. It automatically tracks mileage with and the same ease of use, allows agents to determine what miles are business related.

The other new technology tool makes home search for consumers easier than ever. The new agent-branded JPAR home search app is now live in the Apple app store and the Google Play store.

In 2015, 31 percent of JPAR’s consumer web traffic came from a mobile device. By the first quarter of 2021, that mobile web traffic grew to 55 percent.

“We are solving a consumer experience issue and keeping our agents at the center of our client’s attention,” says Derek Taylor, Vice President of Product Technology. “We made sure all of our websites were highly mobile responsive to keep the consumers happy with their home search experience. And they work very well.”

To make sure that home search experience is the best, they created the JPAR Mobile App. This decreases load times and provides a map-based home search experience.

Agents can personally brand their own Mobile app. When their clients are looking, JPAR agents can chat about the homes and clients needs right in the app. The app also opens up a new marketing channel for their agents with push notifications right into the app. All this and consumer behavior notifications can be pushed directly into the agents CRM so no client need goes unanswered.
