Do we have an Easter egg for you! Tucked away amidst billowing trees and pastel skies, rests a Dilbeck-inspired find you have to see to believe. In fact, it’s a North Oak Cliff treasure, ideally perched in the tight knit L.O. Daniel neighborhood, just minutes from Bishop Arts.

Even better, the darling three-bedroom, three-bathroom gem has been meticulously updated throughout, offering tasteful renovations that speak to modern-day buyers while still retaining its historic charms. You won’t believe what’s in store! Take a closer look and see if this week’s Friday Four Hundred is right for you.

Dilbeck-Inspired Charmer In L.O. Daniel Neighborhood Hits Market Just In Time For Easter

First off, this 1941 gem has more than meets the eye. It’s footprint, while charming, is a tad deceiving. That’s because it affords a gracious 2,485-square feet. So much so that the listing describes it saying, “the possibilities are endless with plenty of room to spread your wings.”

Light And Airy Floorplan With All The Upgrades For Easter Entertaining

We have to agree! And it all starts with the light and airy floorplan. It’s completely turnkey, offering an inviting living area with fireplace, beautiful bamboo wood floors, and a brand new custom kitchen.

For the chef, there are crisp white cabinets all the way to the ceiling, sleek quartzite counters, and built-in stainless steel appliances. But that’s not all.

Luxurious Master, Meet The Laundry Room Of Your Dreams

The master suite has a few upgrades too. These include a luxurious spa bath with clawfoot tub, glass enclosed super shower, and an oversized walk-in closet. However, the big surprise is the massive laundry room nearby.

Long gone are the days of cramped laundry rooms with little space to wash, dry, and fold. This space might actually inspire you to press, steam, and clean like never before! We love the extra storage and counter space here. Plus, there is a sink and natural light streaming from a quaint picture window. Divine!

A Perfect Spot For Porch Sippin’

Lastly, outside you’ll love the large deck for enjoying a porch sipper while looking out to your expansive back yard. Just imagine the Easter egg hunts and memories you’ll make!

Additional highlights include spacious guest rooms, a new 2019 roof, tankless water heater, LED lighting, and more. So much to love, so little time. Get this one before it’s gone.

Thani Lam with Compass has listed 418 N. Montreal Avenue for $469,900.

Interesting…I used to have a duplex on N. Montreal and I don’t remember this house at all (and it is a short little street). And I can’t see ANY Dilbeck inspiration left after the renovation. It looks like a modern house. It’s lovely – they must have taken an entire room for the laundry room. I just don’t see Dilbeck. At all.
