Hippity Hop, These Easter Open Houses Are Tops

Since you’ll already be in your Sunday best, might as well tour a few open houses!

This Easter weekend there are a few gems we have our eye on. Visit one or all three of our Open Houses of the Week. Happy hunting!

A Prize On Pearl Kicks Off Our Easter Open Houses Of The Week

Open House: Sunday, April 4, 2 to 4 p.m.

First up, we have a contemporary townhome that is in the heart of Farmers Market. And the three-bedroom, three-full-and-one-half-bathroom is a looker! It comes with a roof deck that is ideal for Easter entertaining and boasts unobstructed downtown views.

Highlights include an easy layout, gourmet chef’s kitchen with massive island, soaring 12-foot ceilings, and designer touches galore including a marble master bath! Be sure to add this prize to your Easter open house list.

Matthew Edwards with Dave Perry-Miller Preston Center has listed 620 S. Pearl Expressway for $639,000.

The Dilbeck-Inspired Darling

Open House: Saturday, April 3, 2 to 4 p.m.

Next up, a Dilbeck-inspired charmer. It’s so good, it is taking center stage as Friday Four Hundred pick of the week. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom beauty sits in the tight-knit L.O. Daniel neighborhood just minutes from Bishop Arts.

It has bamboo floors, a quartzite kitchen, plus a renovated master and the laundry room of your dreams. We love the kid’s playroom and back deck too! It’s like finding that one Easter egg with the big prize. Don’t miss it!

Thani Lam with Compass has listed 418 N. Montreal Avenue for $469,900.

A North Hall Street Stunner

Open House: Saturday, April 3, 2 to 4 p.m.

Lastly, we still love this North Hall Street stunner which made an appearance in our Splurge vs. Steal just a few months ago.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom charmer in Perry Heights will be on full display this weekend. And it has a lot to love. This includes elegant archways, a stately fireplace, generous formals, and a lovely sun room with picture windows for taking in fresh spring blooms.

Brandon Fleeman with Ebby Halliday Preston Center has listed 4323 N. Hall Street for $575,000.
