Kyle Rovinsky Returns To His Roots

Dallas agent Kyle Rovinksy began the new year with a new firm. The 16-year veteran is now affiliated with Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate, a place he believes gets him back to his Dallas real estate roots.

“It wasn’t a haphazard decision,” Rovinsky said. “I evaluated a lot of different places where I could go, but the most important thing to me was that I wanted a company that was born in Dallas, raised in Dallas, and all about Dallas.”

Those traits are very similar to his own. Rovinsky proudly states that he has lived his entire life within 300 miles of the hospital where he was born.  He considers this his most valuable asset since he has been able to amass scores of valuable relationships and resources over the course of a lifetime.

“I’ve seen many different areas, but none good enough to lure me away,” he says.

Rovinsky first established his real estate business at Virginia Cook Realtors. It’s a place he still misses everyday day because he made so many friends there, and they all worked so well together. His next stop was Coldwell Banker.  During this time there, he says he learned how to do things more on a national and international framework based on recruiting buyers and making sure his clients had the best opportunities in the global marketplace.

One thing Rovinsky does to set himself apart is send out a weekly newsletter to clients.  Actually, make that four newsletters, each tailored to a specific area. He’s not satisfied with sending out information assimilated by a random content provider. Instead, he spends time nearly every day curating information.  That means poring over North Texas market statistics to find numbers that are relevant and useful down to the neighborhood level.

His newsletters are more than just hard numbers.  He also has fun sharing humorous lines and touting places he loves. It’s his way of connecting with people on a more personal. Occasionally there are even contests. One recent reader was recently treated to a delicious Doozie sandwich.

Looking ahead, Rovinsky sees good things in the future and is more than happy about the change he made.

“The reason why I chose Dave Perry-Miller was because I thought I could leverage its relationships with luxury real estate in the north Dallas area,” he said. “When I couple that with my product knowledge and customer service, I feel like it’s an unbeatable combination.”
