In 2012, this home in the Arlington Heights neighborhood of Fort Worth was featured on the show HGTV My First Place.

With agent Carley Moore, the buyers were filmed driving around various Fort Worth neighborhoods as they discussed their wish list, their budget and their desire for the perfect first home.

At the end of the show (spoiler alert) they purchased 1809 Thomas Place and have been there ever since. Pure HGTV magic.

Now, 1809 Thomas Place is back on the market, ready for the next buyers — whether first-timers or multiple-timers — and it’s looking as fabulous as it did in 2012.

Featuring 1,846 square feet with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the home has every bit of charm that it had when selected for the TV show.

Original hardwood floors are found throughout the main areas of the home. Designer light fixtures and colors make the home warm and inviting. An updated kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters, and painted cabinets provides plenty of opportunity for new traditions and memories to be made by the next owners.

Not to be outdone, the principal suite is quite spacious for a home originally built in 1925. A large walk-in closet provides plenty of storage space and the updated en suite bathroom features double sinks and a walk-in shower.

Finally the backyard has a large wooden deck that has both covered and uncovered areas to enjoy.

Carley Moore of Leauge Real Estate has listed 1809 Thomas Place for $439,900.

The covered back deck is so nice, definitely one of my favorite parts of the house!
