Shopping for homes in a pandemic is no easy feat. But these Dallas agents are rising to the challenge with virtual tours!

By using the latest tools and tech, they are keeping Dallas homebuyers engaged and informed from a safe distance. Here, we showcase a few of the best virtual home tours for your viewing pleasure.

Picture-Perfect On Park Lane

Virtual Tour: Click here, then be sure to click the video tab above the photo to start the tour.

First, let’s begin with a Preston Hollow gem. French Country living has never looked so good! We adore this virtual tour by the folks at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. The five-bedroom, five-full-and-three-half-bathroom estate epitomizes luxury living. And the premium finishes and amenities abound, thanks to Milan Design + Build. A Sub-Zero chef’s kitchen, designer-clad baths, plus an outdoor loggia with negative-edge pool take this Preston Hollow prize over the top! Dive into the virtual tour for a fully immersive experience.

Susie Swanson with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty has listed 5923 Park Lane for $5.495 million.

Terrific Tudor On Mayflower Drive

Virtual Tour: Simply push play and let the tour begin.

Next up? A terrific Tudor in Stevens Park Estates! Close to trails, parks, and Bishop Arts, it affords a prime location with loads of upgrades. Among these are gorgeous hardwood floors, a marble fireplace, and French door dining. Of course the granite kitchen with gas range is no slouch either. The generous master has a walk-in closet and en-suite bath. Plus, there is a bonus room with stained glass accents. And you will have it made in the shade in the lush backyard! It offers a huge wooden deck and tranquil water feature. See for yourself in the snappy walk-through video.

Ged Dipprey with Dave Perry-Miller has listed 1906 Mayflower Drive for $575,000.

Magnificent Modern On Melrose

Virtual Tour: Click here, then be sure to click the video tab above the photo to start the tour.

How about this magnificent modern on Melrose! Nestled in the vibrant Knox-Henderson-Lower-Greenville corridor, it is an architectural stunner! And it has all the bells and whistles too. The striking three-bedroom, two-full-and-one-half-bathroom condo has plenty of space to unwind indoors and out. Among the highlights are museum-finish walls, Porcelanosa tiles, and floor-to-ceiling glass. We especially love the Miele custom kitchen. But the jewel box center courtyard is everything. Grab the popcorn and enjoy the show. This head-turner aims to please!

Kyle Baugh with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty has listed 5409 Melrose Avenue for $799,000.

Dashing On Desco Drive

Virtual Tour: This property uses a virtual platform known as Matterport to keep buyers entertained. Be sure to play around with its features, which affords a bird’s eye view, as well as a virtual walk-through of every level. Simply click the circle on the floor and you’re off!

Matterport has never been more relevant. Am I right? And from the virtual tour, it’s clear this Desco Drive beauty is a keeper! With richly appointed interiors and a gracious outdoor oasis, it’s sure to be a home you won’t soon forget. Highlights include 20-foot ceilings, French doors, cast stone fireplaces, and more. Listing agent Tessa Mosteller says, “6423 Desco is a private setting created by our blessed Oscar Ponder.” What better spot to shelter-in-place than here?

Tessa Mosteller with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty has listed 6423 Desco Drive for $2,896,100.

True North On Northport Drive

Virtual Tour: Sometimes a simple slideshow does the trick – and this time it worked! Take a look and let us know what you think.

Amy Detwiler with Compass posted this to Facebook a couple weeks ago and we couldn’t help but share. The caption to the property video reads, “Finding True North — As we adjust to a new normal with buyers and sellers alike, we are continuously expanding alternatives to in-person showings. Our goal is to follow every precaution, while still making our incredible listings available to all!” We love how proactive the Detwiler + Wood Team is and their listing at 6730 Northport Drive is equally impressive! Detwiler tells us, “It went under contract right after we posted the video!”

Amy Detwiler with Compass listed 6730 Northport Drive for $1.999 million.

I love that these virtual tours aren’t simply slideshows. Most incorporate walk-through video and the one that doesn’t labels each of the rooms, so you can easily tell what is what.
