This Terribly Cute Tudor Is The Cure-All We Need Right Now

Tudor anyone? This one is up for grabs in Greenland Hills for $599,000. Yes, that’s right. This M Streets Tudor is a Friday Five Hundred you can’t afford to miss. Sure, its interiors are bold. Its kitchen is a bit sassy. But it has great bones! And a massive fenced backyard, and loads of character. Let’s take a peek inside, shall we?

Hello M Streets Tudor

This 1929 stunner is just the right mix of vintage charm and modern updates! The three-bedroom, two-bathroom Tudor sits in the desirable Greenland Hills neighborhood in the M Streets and offers plenty of space to entertain indoors and out.

Listing agent Rick Brooks with Paragon Realtors tells us, “I feel what makes this home special is all the original architectural integrity still preserved but also has many recent updates for today’s lifestyles.”

Plenty Of Updates Inside And Out

Among the highlights are a giant front porch, gorgeous hardwood floors, and a generous main floor master suite. But the real head-turner is the kitchen. It’s a great size with tons of cabinetry and counter space. And if the color palette isn’t your thing, it’s nothing a few coats of paint can’t fix!

Unique Tudor Floorplan With Lots of Storage

In one of the two living areas, there are moldings, a fireplace, and cathedral French doors. Plus, you’ll also enjoy a classic wooden staircase leading to an upper level filled with possibilities.

According to the listing, there are “two guest rooms upstairs and several walk-in closets, including bonus room in attic for additional storage.” Baths are also lovely and feature period tiles for that traditional Tudor look and feel.

“It’s a great value for the area because of the price point. And this home would be perfect for down-sizers or a first-time home buyer looking to get into the neighborhood,” adds Brooks.  “This property also has a 60-foot frontage lot which is much wider than most others at 50-foot. This allows for a much larger yard and better curb appeal.”

Exceptional Outdoor Entertaining

Of course, we can’t get over that backyard too! It is lush and private and perfect for sheltering in place. Mature trees, a storage shed, and a designated 110-square-foot laundry room make this one a gem. Are you loving our Friday Five Hundred? Let us know in the comments.

This is a wonderful home. The bold paint in the kitchen and the upstairs landing are great… and easily changed for someone who wants to personalize. Great listing!
