Where can I find a newly built mid-century modern home (i.e., high ceilings, lots of glass, open kitchen, with some privacy, in the Colleyville Keller area? I will consider any lakefront property in Ft Worth or around Grapevine lake. I currently live in a French Chateau-inspired stone house which is lovely but dark and too large for my needs (2 people, retired).
