Y’all know us by now and know this normal hides something, right?

Sometimes, when doing this job, you find kindred spirits in your habitation horror collecting — whether on Instagram, Facebook, or a blog, odd real estate is something that once you find, you need to spin around and share.

After all, that’s how the Wednesday WTF came about.

This week’s installment was found first by McMansionHell.com or, more accurately, by one of the blog’s readers, who sent the listing to proprietor Kate Wagner during her monthly live stream.

Now, at first blush, there’s absolutely nothing unusual about this eight- to 10-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bath home other than it could use some updating.

See? Nice dining room.

And this library/study clearly is meant to have many leather-bound books and smell of rich mahogany.

But then we get to the kitchen.

Yes, that is a whole lot of spinning chairs in one room. Permanently installed spinning chairs.

Kate shared it on Twitter, where it uh, was discussed greatly.

You can follow the whole thread and comments here.

But just in case you thought this was the only thing that was uh, different, about this house, there’s also a regulation size ½ court basketball/volleyball court that can also handle two of your finest blue couches.

And it also has a soundproof two-room recording studio in the master suite. As one does.

So if you’re looking for a soundproof bedroom, a volleyball court for your couches, and a lot of swivel chairs in one room, this listing is for you. Cough up the $995,000 clams and get you a nice spin room.

There should probably be a safety warning posted in the kitchen for, “do not exceed a maximum load of…” for the chairs! Maybe there’s a chair leg fobia involved here TT
