First off, this Medical District splurge offers a lot for the price. It has a rooftop deck, a community pool, plus a club house and dog park! The three-bedroom, three-full-and-one-half-bathroom gem also has gorgeous interiors with tons of natural light. Exquisite hardwoods, soaring ceilings, and an effortless open floorplan make it great for entertaining.

And the gracious kitchen has it all! It affords all the custom touches. This includes an expansive breakfast bar island, ample cabinetry, and stainless appliances. The open flow to the living and dining is ideal.

Looking for luxury? The master suite is a thing of beauty! It comes oversized with an en-suite bath clad in designer tiles. And it has a huge soaking tub, separate glass shower, and spacious closet.

However the best spot to unwind is on the rooftop deck! Pop a bottle of wine, fire up the grill, and take in the views.

Of course, you’ll also love the community amenities nearby. Additional highlights include a two-car-garage, energy efficient construction, and according to the listing “an outstanding builders warranty.” What’s not to love?

5327 Holland Avenue is hardly in the medical district. It’s actually in a neighborhood called Oak Park which is in the city neighborhood of Oak Lawn, north of Lemmon. Some call it Mockingbird South or Highland Park West (since it’s right next to the Highland Park Emergency Room and Water Tower). But since the closest hospital is more than 6 miles away….it’s hardly in the Medical District.
