As 2019 draws to a close, and every paycheck is going toward holiday gifts, new outfits for holiday parties, and holiday décor for the home, the last thing anyone wants to worry about is the home itself.

This stunning Mediterranean/traditional abode in Fairview sits on one acre and is perfect for a large Thanksgiving gathering or Christmas Eve sleepovers for the kiddos.

The dwelling at 321 Honey Creek Lane is simply stunning. It’s huge – at 6,469 square feet with five bedrooms and five and one-half bathrooms – but it feels even bigger with soaring ceilings and large, vertical windows.

Valued at $1.3 million, it’s considered a luxury lease by some standards, but the rental price is a fairly affordable $6,200 per month.

All’s Fair In Fairview

The town of Fairview incorporated in 1958, following an election at the Fairview Grocery. With just 50 residents at the time of incorporation, the town now has a population of about 5,000. The small-town vibe is great for low taxes, low crime rates and great mixed-use development like Village at Fairview.

The Honey Creek home is zoned for Robert L. Puster Elementary School, Willow Springs Middle School, and Lovejoy High School, all of which scored top ranks on txschools.gov.

And while the majority of the town is in Lovejoy ISD, McKinney ISD serves the western portion of Fairview.

Collin College and several other higher education campuses also are nearby.

Home For The Holidays

Enough about getting an education and checking out the shopping center. Let’s talk some more about that house.

Built in 2017, if you choose to make Honey Creek your home, first of all, you’re going to enjoy the construction and architecture. The roof is concrete, stucco, and tile. From the outside, the home looks like a palace that should house a Disney princess.

The palatial interior includes amazing double curved staircases in the foyer leading up to a media room and three bedrooms with walk-in closets. Downstairs, there’s a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, the master suite and another bedroom, a private library, and an office.

There’s truly something for everyone – and plenty of room for the whole family.
