What location or area do you primarily build in? What about the location makes it especially attractive?
Plano, Frisco, and Dallas are the areas we build. Heath is desirable as well. We concentrate on new construction and these are great areas for master-planned communities and clients love them for the convenience and location of amenities. Close to schools, shopping, and restaurants.
What’s your go-to architectural style? Traditional? Contemporary? Old World? Modern?
Old World, Mediterranean, Tuscan, and Modern
How does your company provide value to your clients?
Each home is designed and built around their lifestyle and budget. We build a limited number of homes per year to give the attention to detail our clients deserve.
Considering the competition, how does your brand distinguish itself?
V Luxury Homes does not build inventory (spec) homes. Our business model allows the company to only build luxury custom homes when clients are under contract and have obtained financing. Our costs are then low, which means the quality of the home will never suffer. Limiting our construction builds will also ensure quality for the clients and delivery of a great home on budget and on time.
What does being a member of the Dallas Builders Association do for you and your business?
The DBA and other organizations are our voices. They help stimulate the economy at the national, state, and local levels. They also help promote builders through events and the media. With everything that has been happening in the last 10 years, you need someone looking out for you. Education is extremely important as well so we are able to keep up with industry standards, practices, and latest technologies.
What is the biggest challenge you face in the current market? What are you doing to overcome it?
Establishing new relationships with the explosion of new construction. We rely on real estate brokers to help with this. We are a concierge service from finding the land to home design, home interiors, and home construction. Reaching out to the real estate world has really helped give our clients a memorable experience.
