Jeremy Whiteker rejoined the Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate Park Cities office after spending the past year and a half at Compass.

“I feel like I have come back home,” Whiteker said. “I learned many lessons about what motivates me as a business owner and what components I need in place to keep that machine running. The Dave Perry-Miller staff is an extension of my business as they care just as much about my clients as I do. I was immediately reminded of that upon my return — at Dave Perry-Miller, the focus is on our clients.”

He added that he missed leadership and marketing support he’d had during his previous nearly seven-year tenure at Dave Perry-Miller. Some of his building partners actually encouraged him to return because, in their opinion, Dave Perry-Miller has a more organic focus on Dallas-Fort Worth.

During his previous stint at Dave Perry-Miller, Whiteker was one of the firm’s top producers. His primary focus has been Oak Lawn, Uptown, and the Park Cities, as well as Inwood and the Bird Streets. One of his specialties has been working with emerging and transitioning neighborhoods. Whiteker’s experience in this area includes his own home, which he completely renovated.

When working with a client, Whiteker says he tries to not only on the financial and investment components of the deal but also the emotional aspects. He says the key to this is providing accurate information, maintaining open communication and being both a partner and guide throughout the process.

According to Dave Perry-Miller Park Cities sales manager Lee Thomas, Whiteker was an integral part of the office during his first go-round.  Thomas praised his phenomenal reputation among both clients and peers.

“Speaking for myself and the entire office, we couldn’t be happier to welcome Jeremy back,” Thomas said. “He’s a man of substance, and stands for trust, honor, and excellent service, just like our firm does. It’s been a happy reunion that will spell success for both of us.”
