Love This Low-Maintenance Ashton Woods Design In The Preserve

the Preserve

One of my favorite things about Allen is how truly well-designed the town is. And one of our favorite developments, The Preserve, has some of the best builders, too! We were so lucky to stumble upon this great listing from Michelle Hopson, a Compass Dallas agent.

“The Preserve is a small luxury community of only about 100 homes — there is a pond, and hike and bike trails,” Hopson said. “It is a very different feel than being in one of the larger communities.”

So we’re obviously thrilled to feature this gorgeous Ashton Woods home on an oversized lot, our Inwood National Bank Home of the Week. It’s gorgeous and has tons of storage!

“This home has an open floor plan — the master is downstairs — and it has a small low-maintenance yard, but still has an outdoor cooking area!” Hopson added. “It is also priced competitively compared to others in the neighborhood.”

This gorgeous four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home has 3,069 square feet and gobs of great details.

“At the time of construction, my seller did many extra built-ins for decor and some even with storage compartments,” Hopson said. “The home has rounded archways, eight-foot solid core doors, and an upgraded kitchen. Lots of extras on this builder home.”

We love the classic, eat-in kitchen and open living area, plus who couldn’t fall in love with those hardwood floors? They’re gorgeous. The first-floor master is plenty spacious, too.

Like Hopson mentioned, there’s just enough yard to enjoy, but not enough to make a fuss. The outdoor kitchen is a definite plus, and the community is perfect.

Michelle Hopson with Compass Dallas has listed 1872 Audubon Way for $485,000.
