Fourteen miles and only 20 minutes separate the always happening downtown Fort Worth with a 63-acre horse lover’s dream house.

That’s right.  It will take less time to drive from Fort Worth’s Sundance Square to this 7,324-square-foot, five-bedroom, six-and-one-half bathroom, single-story property than it does to boil and egg on an open flame.

Horse lover's paradise

321 Verna Trail North is a 7,324 square-foot estate with five beds, six-and-a-half baths, and beautiful views throughout home

Horse Owner’s Paradise

And 321 Verna Trail North is not just any old horse ranch with a falling down barn and an old nag roaming an overgrown pasture with a rusty Chevy.  This pristine property of 63 acres boasts rolling hills, a picturesque canyon, scenic waterfall, 11 individual pastures, an eight-stall barn, and much more.

With all the rain we have had in Tarrant County lately, the waterfalls are a sight to be seen.  There are many beautiful areas on this 63-acre property.  Deer hunting season might have just begun, but you can hunt with a camera 365 days a year at 321 Verna Trail North.

Inside the Home

The private main residence at 321 Verna Trail North hosts five bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, and a wide open floor plan.  The home also has a wine cellar that will hold more than 2,000 bottles of your favorite vino, and can also be a tornado shelter.

Probably can't get horse in here though

After a long day of riding horses, hanging in the 2,000-bottle wine cellar might be a good idea.

If hosting parties and guests is of importance to you, take comfort that every bedroom has an en suite bathroom as well as outdoor access to a loggia or patio.  This feature will come in handy not only for visitors, but will be a blessing if the need for live-in assistance ever arises.

Saltillo tile from Mexico and reclaimed beams from old barns are found throughout this home.

The spacious owners retreat has amazing views from all angles as well as a private office and workout space.

Not Your Average Horse Barn

If I were a horse, I'd pick this barn

The horse barn has eight stalls sized 17 x 18 ft — a horse would never want to leave this barn!

Horses that live at 321 Verna Trail North are treated like royalty.  In fact, a previous resident of this ranch happens to be the NCHA 2010 Horse of the Year, LHR Smooth Jamie May.

You can bet your boots that Smooth Jamie May enjoyed her stint on this property.  The eight oversized stalls in the luxurious horse barn is a thing of beauty.

A barn just isn’t a barn unless you can drive a mobile home through it – here you can!

And just in case there should be need for horse trainers or caretakers to be closer to the steeds, there are two casita guest homes just steps from the barn.

Can I live here?

This property has Been split into two separate properties since listed. The main house sits on 13.9 ac.. and has sold. The remaining 50 ac. is no longer on the market so please do not post it on this website any more as I keep receiving calls, emails and text messages wanting me to sell and it is very annoying

The internet lives on forever! Sorry that is happening to you, but our site is extremely effective in marketing real properties. I an add a tag that it has sold.
