SPLURGE: BEAUTFULLY RENOVATED CANYON CREEK HOUSE ON ALMOST HALF AN ACRE

On the west side of Canyon Creek Country Club, the house at 2901 Canyon Creek Dr. sits on a 0.46-acre corner lot with a circular driveway and great drive-up appeal. This house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 3,079 square feet on one story, built in 1968 and sitting on 0.46 acres. The roof is new as of 2016.

Walk inside and find crown molding, low-E windows, and recessed lights. The open floorplan is conducive for entertaining and hand-scraped hardwood floors are in the living and dining areas, kitchen, hallways, and master bedroom. The kitchen overlooks the living areas offers lots of storage, granite countertops, an island, breakfast bar, and stainless steel appliances, including double ovens and a built-in microwave. The master bedroom has a lovely ensuite bathroom with a contemporary soaker run, oversized shower with frameless glass, designer tile treatment, dual sinks, and a walk-in closet.
