Before I became the Bow Tie Realtor, I was the Bow Tie Sales Guy who worked for 10-plus years in new construction and home builders in the Fort Worth area. I love, love, love new homes and the building process from soup-to-nuts. Here’s some inside scoop.
Advantages of a Builder’s Home
It makes total sense if you think about it. A builder is going to put their best foot forward when it comes to their personal home. It is a direct reflection of their company, quality, and is a perfect opportunity to showcase what their company is capable of building. A builder is going to add all the bells and whistles on their own home. Whether it is design or location or innovation, they are going go all out when it comes to goodies in the home. No expense is spared.
Contractors who do the work on a builder’s home are also going to do their best work because they want to impress the builder and hopefully get more and more jobs as a result of their good work.
