Sabrina Bell (left) returns to Allie Beth Allman & Associates; Kelly Bills lands at Century 21 Nathan Grace Fine Homes and Estates

In this week’s Agent Migration column, we check in with Sabrina Bell, who recently returned to Allie Beth Allman, and Kelly Bills who joined Century 21 Nathan Grace Fine Homes and Estates.

Bell Comes Home Again

Sabrina Bell has returned to Allie Beth Allman and Associates. This time she says it’s for good.

“I shouldn’t have left to begin with and I don’t plan on going anywhere else,” Bell said. “I’m really happy with how Allie Beth and how the Berkshire Hathaway Company works.”

Bell began her real estate career five years ago at Coldwell Banker. After almost two years with the company, a friend convinced her to switch to Allie Beth. She assimilated quickly, and enjoyed focusing more on the Park Cities area where she lives and used to work as a special education teacher at Hyer and University Park elementary schools.

Despite being happy with her new role, Coldwell Banker lured her back two years later to help open their new global luxury office. There was also the possibility of eventually moving into a management role, but those plans didn’t work out quite like she had envisioned.

“I never really felt comfortable going back,” she said. “I loved Allie Beth Allman — the company and her as person — as well as the staff and other people that worked there.

It turned out that those feeling were mutual. An acquaintance tried talking her into coming back but she wasn’t sure. Not long after, Allie Beth Allman approached her at a party and personally asked her to come back.

“It’s hard to say no when the boss lady’s asking you,” she said.

In addition to her work as an agent, Bell has been active on the Women’s Council of Realtors where she served as president last year. She been the MLS chair for the North Dallas/ Park Cities area, and continues to serve on the MetroTex professional development committee.

“I feel like I’ve done a lot of learning my first few years and have a great framework to become a great real estate agent,” she said. As for where she plans to be an agent, there is no doubt in her mind now.

“I realized that this is where I needed to be. Now I’m staying — I promise.”

Bills Lands at Century 21 Nathan Grace Fine Homes and Estates

After a long search for the right fit, Kelly Bills believes he has finally found his brokerage home.

“I’ve just been looking for the right place and I think I’ve landed it here with Century 21 Nathan Grace,” Bills said. “

Bills began his real estate career at Keller Williams seven years ago. Two years later, he moved on to Private Label Realty, where he worked for three years. Over the past year and a half, he’s had short stints at Coldwell Banker and EXP Realty before starting at Century 21 on March 21.

“This is what I’ve been looking for — the brand, the recognition, the name, and the office,” Bills said. “It all just kind of lines up for me so I’m pretty happy about it.

He will office in the Frisco Square location, which is both close to his home and the majority of his client base.

“I’m ready to get ramped up and rockin’ and rollin’,” Bills said.
