Splurge vs. Steal: Two Bent Tree Homes Next Door to Each Other

In this week’s Splurge vs. Steal, we’re headed to Bent Tree in Far North Dallas. This desirable neighborhood has two houses for sale next door to each other. They’re both luxury houses, each with a lot to offer.
