Inside this room, all of the school projects can be contained — glue and glitter are isolated, and potential volcanic science projects are not exploding on your dining table. Placing it on the first floor is another genius idea. We’ve seen so many on third floors, and who wants to schlep anything that far?

The first-floor master and sitting area also overlook the lush backyard and pool. There are separate his-and-hers closets with custom-designed cabinets. The ladies closet has a huge island with built-in hampers, a jewelry cabinet, and a glass display with LED lighting.
