    Love it! Great neighborhood too. I’d want something a bit bigger for my family (~2000sq ft) though. I am not the least bit surprised to hear it went under contract so quickly! I bet it went for over asking.

    Mid-century moderns continue to be highly coveted and in this neighborhood, there’ aren’t a lot available. Not surprised it got scooped up fast!

    A tiny house on a giant lot – if not this owner, the next will scrape or majorly remodel it to take advantage of the lot, also considering it’s directly across from a public park.

    Too bad because it seems like a nice place and well-maintained.

        Good. Large lot across from park with a smaller home = tear down.

          Happy to say that 16 months after the sale the new owner is fine with staying with the original home. Our neighborhood was well planned out and homes built by quality builders = no tear downs.
