We have to start with the second master suite addition, because it’s absolutely fabulous! Look at the arched ceiling! It could also be a second living area, but wouldn’t you like to wake up there?

We’re headed north for this house, a Toll Brothers custom home at 3410 Sweetwater Dr. in the Richardson gated community of Bridgewater Crossing, near President George Bush Turnpike and Renner Road. This home has four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one half bath, two stories, and 2,852 square feet, built in 2014 and lived in for less than a year.

Inside, you’ll find hand-scraped hardwood floors, and open floorplan, fireplace, soaring ceilings, a large master bathroom that opens to two outdoor patios, and a large bonus room on the second-floor landing. The kitchen has quartz countertops, and cabinetry extended to ceiling for extra storage. The master bathroom includes additional designer cabinetry (the electrical connections can be found inside the main cabinet) and a spa-like feel. It is in the Stinson Elementary attendance zone, which earns a 10 out of 10 from greatschools.org.
