I have long wanted to start a series on the private homes of Dallas real estate agents. Let’s consider this the first post! This is the private home of Briggs Freeman’s Missy Woehr, a dear friend. When she’s not selling sleek condos at Museum Tower, this is where Missy lives with her husband, Gus, also a licensed agent. I think Missy has probably sold every unit at the Cascada.

This is an elegant three bedroom, three and two half bath townhouse built in 2003. With 4166 square feet, this 3-story home is spacious, secure and has a study that could be a fourth bedroom in case you have a houseful.  The floor plan is one of the best I’ve seen, and there is an elevator BUT!
