So, Ebby Halliday Realtor Cathy Browne sent me some information about this super cute Allen home last week before it hit MLS, and I was so excited. This home is just adorable, and at a great price for a family who wants to take advantage of the more-for-less home market in the Collin County suburbs.

Today Cathy says that this beautiful house at 2017 Midhurst was under contract in just TWO DAYS. Two days is pretty incredible but it is mostly due to “current low inventory, and lack of homes with pools in Allen at this time,” Browne said. “I really think that contributed, plus it was in pristine condition, and well-maintained and upgraded by my sellers.”

See what this home has going for it after the jump!

Isn’t this home just splendid? With five bedrooms, four full baths, and almost 3,400 square feet, this cute home is anything but modest. And there’s plenty to brag about, too, says Browne.

“This home was updated with desirable features such as plantation shutters, hardwood floors, built-in cabinetry, neutral paint palette, upgraded carpet, wrought iron staircase, and of course, a gorgeous Pebble Tec pool and spa with stamped concrete patio and decking!” she said. “It’s perfect for entertaining friends and family!”

We have to agree! A home like this one, which was listed for $394,900 and FLEW OFF THE MARKET, will be perfect for hosting out-of-towners on holidays. Plus, you’ve got room for the kids to enjoy sleepovers without bothering the parents, as the master suite is on the first floor and the family room is upstairs. The kitchen is grand, open, and ready for the expert home chef or the well-connected take-out artist.

So, you could easily sell a home in Allen without lifting a finger, considering how fast this one went under option contract, right?

“Even in this dynamic market, professional staging and architectural photography are a must for getting my clients’ homes sold quickly and for top dollar,” Browne said. “The web presence absolutely must be top-of-the-line to attract buyers, and  a great website like Ebby.com really helps!”

Congrats are in order for Cathy Browne, we suppose! Are you seeing listing come off the market at a quick clip?

Looks like an immaculate, well-presented home. Plus the agent took the time to get great photos!
