2244 Longwood Carrollton extWe have written about Darling Home’s Austin Waters because we are, quite frankly, obsessed, and 2244 Longwood Drive is a great example why. Here we have a Darling Austin Waters Villa, a garden home on less than one quarter acre not too terribly far out of the loop. For $389,900 we are getting oh so much: 2529 square feet, three bedrooms, three full and one half bath, even a game room with a wet bar.

This master even has a private study adjacent! There are soaring ceilings, quality finishes, wood floors (not kidding, not everywhere but where it counts) and just look at that pretty kitchen gleaming away with custom granite and stainless appliances.

I just don’t understand why builders can not build homes like this everywhere at this price point. Listed with Donna Bradshaw, ReMax DFW and a big fat THANK YOU to the owner who sent the listing my way!
