Penny Rivenbark scores some pretty incredible listings, and one of them is up for a national award.

Located in Old Preston Hollow, 5808 Falls Road is a French-inspired mansion with a gorgeous, ivy-covered facade and a huge, .73 acre lot. And while this six-bedroom home with seven full baths and two half baths is beautiful inside, it’s the backyard, designed by none other than Tricia Quaid, that’s up for an HGTV Doory Award.

“Like everything we do at HGTV, the Doory Awards are all about what makes a home compelling and how we can be inspired by a home’s extraordinary design features, breathtaking setting or unique amenities,” said Rich Lacy, vice president, Emerging Brands for HGTV’s Home Category in a press release.

You can vote for 5808 Falls Road on the HGTV site in the “Outdoor Retreats” category, and get a good look at its incredible pool and amenities, as well as immaculate rose garden, and two resort-style cabanas with an incredible fireplace.
