It’s not too often that you can get a condo with a fireplace, but here one is, in the Wyndemere.

I love this little one-bedroom, one-bath condo, and here’s why: it’s super sleek with black granite counters in the kitchen and bath, fresh floors, a huge closet, and did I tell you about that fireplace?

Unit #317 is at The Wyndemere, a luxury building at 3400 Welborn. This spot has tons of great ameneties. There’s an open courtyard, a pool and spa, and epic fitness center, 24-hour concierge and excellent security. This is a pet-friendly building, too, although this unit doesn’t allow it.

Not only are there washer and dryer hookups in unit, but the stackable washer and dryer stay. This unit is on the third floor, so having your laundry close is super helpful.
