I read about the brand new, two-way buffered bike lanes that were installed on Jefferson Boulevard today and I thought, “As a way to honor this long sought-after accomplishment, we should feature an Oak Cliff home for our Tuesday Two Hundred.” I started rummaging through MLS and my jaw dropped. Folks, you will not believe what I found.
This prairie four-square at 1030 Kings Highway is just an unbelievable value. People, I am pinching myself. Priced at just $249,000, this home boasts 2,320 square feet with three bedrooms, two full baths, an incredible upstairs sunroom, renovated downstairs, and a gorgeous kitchen.

Come and get 'em while they last! This house is waling distance to many shops and restaurants, Bishops Arts is about a 5-10 minute walk. This area is really about to take off! Wood Partners just completed the 207 unit Alta West Davis. I've heard these are the first new market rate apartments in almost 20 years in Oak Cliff. I have counted no fewer than three completely renovated houses not even 5 minute walk from this house. Kings Highway is a great neighborhood, very community oriented.

Love that you thought of the chicken coop! They don't take up much space, but many great rewards! We're getting 6-7 fresh eggs a day now! You'll love living in Oak Cliff! I do!
