In 2008, the owners embarked on one of those “take it to the studs” type remodels, completely changing the interiors, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, expanding a bit, and bringing in crucial updates. Additional improvements were made in 2018, including a restored slate roof. But every charming, aesthetic and architectural element worth saving from the original home was saved and cherished.
