Historic Lakewood Country Club Home is The Only Home You Will Ever Need, Want, or Desire

At first, I thought this was a new home. But no no no. The home was built in 1929. In 2008, the owners embarked on one of those “take it to the studs” type remodels, completely changing the interiors, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, expanding a bit, and bringing in crucial updates.
