Dwell With Dignity
This year, Texas Counter Fitters owners Chris Blackburn and Andrew Gilbert are embracing that spirit with extra cheer. The dynamic duo is partnering with two local nonprofits – Dwell with Dignity and After 8 to Educate – to spread goodwill through a pair of seasonal initiatives.
This September 16–18, WestEdge Dallas will make its debut at Market Hall offering both the trade and public an opportunity to discover and shop a curated array of top industry names.
What I didn’t expect was to be emotionally moved by one inspiring Dallas designer: Shelly Rosenberg. Her “Victoria’s Sanctuary” pays homage to a real-life seven-year-old with Rett Syndrome.

Flexing that creative muscle is something the designers belonging to the International Interior Design Association do daily — after all, creating spaces that reflect a company or homeowner’s personal style (and often budget) requires a fair amount of inspiration.
