All over Dallas, you can still find adorable Midcentury cottages in the $200,000 to $400,000 range — but generally, it’s a mixed bag as to how move-in ready they are. Not so much with this East Dallas charmer we found for this week’s Tuesday Two Hundred.
And if the curb appeal and updated interiors weren’t enough, it’s also a great find because of its location — you can walk to Larry G.
