Few months ago, I wrote up 11040 Tibbs, right down the street from me, gorgeous 5696 square foot home built in 2009. The property started as a lot attached to the home next door, who then sold and parceled off the .70 acres. It has five bedrooms, five and a half baths, four living areas, a beautiful outdoor living area with waterfall and pool, 21 foot ceilings, hand-scraped wood flooring, travertine tile, granite counters, chef’s kitchen with abundance of storage, master with sitting area with walk in closet that wraps around to a study with shelves.. I said that Holland picked up this number for $935,000 — a home run!
