Founded by Natalie and Feild Patten, Patten Custom Homes (PCH) is one of the premier Custom Home Builders in Dallas, Texas. One look at a PCH new build, and you’ll see the high level of quality construction, and attention to detail that makes their homes stand out from the rest.
Over the last seven years, PCH has become one of Dallas’ most sought-after builders, recognized for their extraordinary one-of-a-kind custom homes, detailed project management, fully transparent communication process, and unwavering client commitment.
“Our main goal with every client custom build, is to design and build as if it were our own home,” says Natalie Patten, owner of Patten Custom Homes.
After hiring a local builder for their very first home together, husband and wife duo, Feild and Natalie Patten, have been hooked on houses ever since. The lifelong Dallas residents began with remodels and reconstruction projects à la Fixer Upper, and graduated to ground up construction, building everything from elegant Tudors, to sleek and magnificent Moderns.
“We always tell our clients, Feild does what you don’t see, and I do what you do see,” says Natalie. “Meaning, Feild’s job on the project is to work with the city/inspections, lot grade, framing, mechanicals (plumbing/hvac/electric), insulation, etc., and I do what you see. The fun stuff! Cabinets, lighting, tile, paint, flooring, wallpaper, trim work. Both are equally important. We each have our place on the projects we take on, and expertly manage our designated jobs and tasks.”
What makes PCH truly unique is their hands-on approach to every detail of building your home. From personally managing the jobsite, to keeping clients informed and connected, to presenting the highest quality products, and consulting on architectural plans, PCH eliminates the middle man to make every client’s wants and needs top priority.
“WE are the project managers,” Natalie says. “Our clients speak directly to us.”
Patten Custom Homes strives to build a work of art that is in turn a home, and specializes in ground up construction throughout the greater Dallas Metroplex including but not limited to neighborhoods such as Lakewood, The M Streets, Lake Highlands, Preston Hollow, Richardson and Kessler Park.
