Envision a remarkable, move-in ready residence where contemporary flair meets timeless Hollywood Regency style. This newly listed Preston Hollow stunner pays homage to a glamorous era while seamlessly incorporating the comforts and convenience of modern living.
An eye-catching exterior sets the stage. The white brick façade, seamed metal roof, and elongated vertical windows make an immediate impression. A steel, Cerulean blue double door amplifies the appeal.

Inside, an inviting foyer serves as a welcoming introduction. Oak floors add warmth and character. Tasteful accents create a cohesive and inviting aesthetic — a vibrant reminder that elegance and charm can coexist in perfect harmony.
To the left, natural light floods the spacious living room, highlighting the beamed ceiling and built-in bookcases. Dimensional, lacquered walls provide a stylish backdrop for art.
“The space itself invites creativity and self-expression,” according to the homeowner.
“It’s truly a blank canvas to showcase any collection.”

Right off the foyer, the radiantly lit dining room features a tiered, tray ceiling. An adjacent alcove bar area, complete with metallic grasscloth wallpaper and gold-toned circular lighting fixtures, adds a touch of Hollywood glam.

The gourmet kitchen sports lustrous marble countertops, tiled backsplash, custom cabinetry, and tons of storage space.
Top-of-the-line appliances include a La Cornue gas range.
The spacious primary suite is a haven for relaxation. A spa-like bath features a soaking tub, dual marble vanities, and a steam shower. The generous walk-in closet doubles as a safe room.

Two additional bedrooms can easily be repurposed into a home office or gym. Each boasts a bespoke bath – standout features include a marble-topped black console, chic lighting fixtures, and striking wallpaper the owner describes as “India meets the tropics.”
A second living area, ideal for entertaining and family gatherings, looks out to a charming al fresco dining area. The maintenance-free stone yard has a natural, organic feel.

“Every detail of this meticulously renovated residence has been carefully considered,” says the owner. “It’a a rare find for buyers wanting the ease of a hassle-free move along with the convenience of a lock-and-leave lifestyle.”

This comment here is being made concerning any future articles that will be written on the recent decision by HEB to build a Central Market in Central Dallas along McKinney Avenue close to the West Village. I think the closing of the Whole foods in Houston in its Midtown neighborhood was good reason for HEB and others to hit the pause button. The number of specialty stores in Central Dallas is already incredible. Another good reason for them to both pause and tone down that development is how the West Village has developed too much into a weekend hang out.
Starting at Knox Street, McKinney is going upscale. Going south through West Village, the scale then falls. Traveling on McKinney further through the financial district in and around The Crescent, the scale rises back up.
Figure as HEB is still determined to add another specialty grocery store is in itself incredible.
Would love to talk more about this.
