The Marbrook home is in close proximity to several Dallas ISD schools, including John J. Pershing Elementary School, Benjamin Franklin Middle School, and Hillcrest High School.

Pershing Elementary met all standards and earned several distinction designations, according to the Texas Education Agency. Franklin Middle also earned high ranks in terms of meeting TEA standards but fell short in some of the distinction designations. Hillcrest High gets a gold star, meeting all standards and earning all distinction designations.

There’s plenty more to do in the area besides go to school. Maple Leaf Diner, Kenny’s Wood Fired Grill, Ida Claire, and Nazca Kitchen are within a few miles.
