Amid the sizzling days of summer, the spotlight shines brightly on @properties Christie’s International Real Estate. This dynamic North Texas brokerage has experienced a summer surge, welcoming aboard a talented cohort of nine agents over the past months. The infusion of new energy and expertise has propelled the brokerage to a historic production week, orchestrating nearly $30 million in sales within a mere seven days. Since the brokerage’s launch in mid-2021, @properties Christie’s has grown from a start-up as Dallas’ newest real estate brokerage to a tech-focused, globally-recognized brand.

“In the past few months, @properties has added an outstanding group of agents to our team,” says @properties Christie’s International Real Estate CEO Jerry Mooty Jr. “The growth and milestones we have reached in the last few months are truly something special. We are celebrating all of our agents who are making big things happen for their business, and more importantly, guiding their clients through the real estate process with an unmatched white glove service.”

These new additions to @properties Christie’s represent the gamut of real estate agents in North Texas. Their specialties range from luxury and investment properties to land and ranch and single-family homes. Several of these agents are legacies in real estate, many bring a nationwide network of clients, and one is even a professional ballerina. Meet nine of @properties Christie’s newest faces:

Taylynn Snyder

Taylynn Snyder, a native of Orange County, Ca. learned real estate development at a young age by watching her father at work in his engineering, real estate development company.

“My dad has been a huge mentor to me, especially as it relates to real estate,” Synder said. “As the founder of a successful civil engineering and master-planned development company, he taught me the value of attention to detail, always having a game plan and always making the client feel like they are number one.”

Growing up in real estate, she naturally gravitated toward it in college, where she studied policy, planning, and development with a focus on real estate at the University of Southern California.

Snyder worked in residential and commercial architecture, construction, marketing, and interior design while earning her master’s degree at UCLA/Cal Poly. She further honed her sales and negational skills as the owner of a successful design-build business, where she directed clients through the building of new homes, remodels, and interiors. To go full circle in real estate, Snyder became a licensed sales agent in Newport Beach in 2017, when the market was in full boom. It soon slowed with the onset of the pandemic and a steady flow of residents choosing to move elsewhere.

Incidentally, Snyder had her eyes set on expanding in Dallas and now considers herself a Texan. Synder lives in Preston Hollow, where she enjoys raising her handsome boy, and in her free time likes to golf, work out, and play tennis.

Of interest: Snyder played Division I Women’s tennis at USC and still plays competitively today — though she recently picked up pickleball (and is loving it!).

Reese McClennahan Olmsted

Dallas native Reese McClennahan Olmsted has real estate running through her veins. A graduate of Highland Park High School, Olmsted was raised in a real estate family. Her grandfather was such a guiding influence in real estate, she says, “Real estate is in my blood.”

When she went to work for a Dallas builder, her familiarity with real estate and her natural need for helping others, negotiating, and problem-solving proved to be a true asset to her career. Now as an investor and developer herself, Olmsted has hands-on experience in almost every aspect of the real estate business.

Olmsted enjoys spending time at her Royal Chapel Estates home with her German Shorthaired Pointer dogs, Steele and Gauge, while doing home improvement projects and working in her yard. She also volunteers her time as a Horse Leader with Argyle-based New Hope Equine Assisted Therapy, which offers therapeutic horseback riding services and a natural horsemanship program for people with disabilities. She volunteers with the Birthday Party Project, a non-profit that hosts joyful birthday celebrations for children experiencing homelessness and is also a member of Preservation Dallas.

Of interest: Olmsted is a great cook and baker and is especially known for her candy-making.

Caroline Atwell

Real estate agent Caroline Atwell conducts herself with poise and elegance, which is appropriate because the Charlotte native doubles her time as a Realtor and a professional ballerina.

After college at Indiana University, Atwell continued her professional ballet career with Nevada Ballet in Las Vegas and kickstarted her real estate career with LVREAL. Atwell served as the marketing director for three years for the Las Vegas brokerage before moving to Dallas. She is now a successful agent with @properties Christie’s and is a Company Artist with Avant Chamber Ballet in Dallas.

With an eye for detail, Atwell translates her precision from ballet to her detail-oriented approach in real estate — often with the latest market statistics at hand. Her passion for the arts has also grown into a love and appreciation for the beautifully unique architecture of the homes in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Of interest: Atwell teaches classical pilates at Park Cities Pilates and adores spending time with her puppy Kuechly.

Emily Vines

Emily Vines joins @properties Christie’s International Real Estate as a powerhouse of production. She produced $10 million sales in her first year as an agent and prides herself on making the impossible possible.

Born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Vines went on to graduate Texas State University with a business and entrepreneurship emphasis. She put her gumption to fruition when she launched and ran a successful meal prep company that offers healthy meals for busy people as a way to incorporate healthy eating on the go. With her strong work ethic, excellent customer service, and business acumen, she put these traits to work in her transition into real estate.

After living in the heart of Uptown Dallas for the last five years, Vines and her fiancé shifted to a more rural suburban life in the Rockwall County city of Fate. The small but growing city is located south of Wylie and northeast of Rockwall in the Metroplex’s eastern suburbs toward Greenville, Texas.

Of interest: Emily loves to travel with her fiance, fellow @properties Christie’s agent Logan White, but also loves coming home to her two dogs, XL Bullies!

Logan White

Logan White joins @properties Christie’s International Real Estate as a clear achiever. His drive and commitment earned him the Rookie of the Year award at his previous Dallas brokerage, and White’s finding new levels of success with @properties Christie’s.

Born and raised in the piney woods of East Texas, White moved to DFW to start his full-time real estate career. White’s early career was spent in the dog breeding business, which may explain his profound love for his own dogs, a pair of XL Bullies. American Bullies are a descendant version of the Pit Bull Terrier and come in pocket sizes to XL.

Of interest: Logan and his fiancé, Emily Vines, are happy homeowners in Fate and work with clients throughout the Dallas area.

Lisa Marie Perkins

With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, Lisa Marie Perkins says she aims to provide a white glove service to her clients with the utmost integrity and expertise of the market.

Perkins holds a background in the banking and title industry, which brings a unique asset to her clients in the home buying and selling process. She specializes in relocation, construction management, residential, commercial, and luxury real estate.

Lisa Marie lives in Highland Park, where she spends time with her daughter, and enjoys golfing, entertaining, and hosting friends and family.

Of interest: A Chicago native, Perkins resided in Newport Beach, California for 20 years until she made her move to Dallas.

Luke Petty

Luke Petty offers in-depth knowledge of the current Farm and Ranch market in and around the Dallas area. He understands that buying a farm or ranch is more than just a simple purchase; it is the beginning of an investment that offers a lifetime of memories.

Originally from Highland Park, Petty earned a degree in finance with an emphasis in real estate and a minor in marketing and soon after, landed an internship with a commercial real estate company. More recently, Petty spent time as an agent with a ranch real estate group where he gained invaluable knowledge and experience.

With a passion for the outdoors, Petty says he feels fortunate to have opportunities to hunt, fish, and help on his family’s ranch. He enjoys mountain biking and volunteering in his church community.

Of interest: Petty played Division 1 Lacrosse for a year at Bellarmine University before transferring to the University of Arkansas.

Sofia Sendra Petty

Serving clients in the Dallas area, Sofia Sendra Petty specializes in Highland Park, Lakewood, White Rock Lake, Preston Hollow, and Kessler Park.

Originally from Dallas, Sofia attended Highland Park High School before enrolling at the University of Arkansas where she earned a degree in public health. Upon turning her attention to real estate, she learned the business quickly.

Petty says her greatest joy is in helping people find a home that they love and cherish. As a perfectionist with an exceptional memory for details, Petty offers knowledge of the Dallas market, scouting properties, marketing, and negotiation as just a few of her many skills in real estate.

Of interest: Petty enjoys photography, travel, and spending time with her family and dog, Sage.

Tiffaney Hefflefinger

Tiffaney Hefflefinger is a second-generation Realtor who graduated with a finance degree from Baylor University and a master’s from Dallas Theological Seminary. Upon graduating from Baylor, she immediately started working in the real estate industry.

Her commitment to her clients is based on loyalty, diligence, and extensive knowledge of the buying and selling process. Hefflefinger carefully listens to her clients and understands the importance of educating her clients on market trends.

Hefflefinger lives in Dallas with her husband, Chase, and daughter, Wynn. In her free time, she also loves working out, skiing, trying new restaurants, and curling up with a good book.
