Bells, Texas is a Good Choice

Living in Bells is obviously a good choice, but finding a great house can be challenging because many people have figured out this may be one of the best locations in Texas.

Fortunately, RE/MAX DFW Associates’ Solinda Jones recently listed the perfect home on just over an acre and a half. Of course, it has all the bells and whistles because it was constructed by a professional builder for his family! Remember, builders pull out all the stops for their own homes and use only the best materials.

This American classic has lovely features like stained glass windows in the primary bath, above the entry, and in the laundry room. Beautiful wood floors run throughout the home, and ceiling treatments range from vaulted to beamed and beadboard to coffered.

With 3,647 square feet, four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, a media room, and multiple office spaces, there is room for every family member to pursue their individual interests.

It’s summer in Texas, so a pool is critical, and this one is beautiful. Locating it away from the house next to the detached garage with a climate-controlled office and a pool bath was a stroke of genius. If you’ve ever had a horde of wet kids tumbling through the house to use the bathroom, you get it. Floating in the nine-foot-deep PebbleTec pool, you can gaze out and see absolutely nothing else but the vast beauty of the land and sky.
