Yes, Ryan Place, a charming neighborhood where many houses were built about 100 years ago, has at least one Midcentury Modern on the market. Most of the neighborhood’s homes date to the 1920s and ’30s, and the Near Southside community is dominated by Tudor Revival, Craftsman and Colonial designs. The district was nearly built out before the clean-lined, no-frills midcentury style became popular in North Texas.
