All the usual special features are offered: four-car garage, large game room, spa-like master bath, dream kitchen, iron spiral staircase, you name it.

I believe this house is what the cool kids call “fire.”

Yep, if there were an emoji explanation for the 2018 estate at 1000 Cool River Drive in Southlake it would be the little orange flame, the smiley face with its eyes bugging out, or the house emoji to signify that this is, in fact, home to the lucky family who snatches it up.

All the usual special features are offered: four-car garage, large game room, spa-like master bath, dream kitchen, iron spiral staircase, you name it.

This house is so cool, the word “cool” is in the freakin’ address.

The brand new Ebby Halliday Southlake office has opened!

We’ve been waiting for this moment for what feels like ages, but the brand-spanking new Ebby Halliday office just across the street from Southlake Town Square is now open, and it is a beauty. Built at the intersection of style and technology, the new office on Southlake Boulevard has room after room of sleek meeting space, offices, and workspace with an emphasis on design.

Southlake March 2014 USE

Word comes from Southlake office manager Carolyn Rosson that the new Southlake office is getting really close to opening. We couldn’t be more thrilled here at! The new Ebby office in Southlake, located at 1575 E. Soutlake Blvd. — just across from Southlake Town Square — will have 12,560 square feet of star agents and industry-leading technology.

“This state-of-the-art office is being built for the future,” said Ron Burgert, chief financial officer of the Ebby Halliday Companies at the Aug. 7, 2013 groundbreaking. “It offers a superior location and is a statement of our commitment to serving Tarrant County for many years to come.”

We can just image the office bustling with associates, clients, and real estate professionals, using Apple TVs to show off demographic data, listing information, and helping educate buyers and sellers.

“We are assisting clients with one of the most-expensive and important transactions of their lifetime,” said Rosson, who has been at the helm of top-producing Ebby offices for more than 25 years and has led the Southlake office since 2008.  “It is important that we utilize all of the resources that we can to best serve their needs.”

So true, and considering the pace at which Southlake is growing, it will position them for future success. Find out more about Southlake and the wonderful Ebby agents serving the area on our Southlake page.

Southlake Groundbreaking USE (3)Two months ago, Ebby Halliday herself picked up a gold shovel and broke ground for the newest, and one of the largest, Ebby Halliday offices ever: 12,000 square feet of real estate heaven at 1575 E. Southlake Blvd. in Southlake, the future home of Ebby Halliday REALTORS Southlake. On a hot August morning, Ebby was joined by execs from Ebby corporate to cheer on cute Carolyn Rosson, longtime manager of Ebby Halliday, REALTORS®’ Southlake Office, at the groundbreaking ceremony.

“This state-of-the-art office will greatly enhance our ability to serve the needs of the area’s growing number of home buyers and sellers for many more years to come,” declared Mary Frances Burleson, president and CEO of the Ebby Halliday Companies, shovel in hand.

The giant new building will replace the company’s current Southlake office, its third in the booming area since opening in the Southlake market in 1985. Near the corner of East Southlake Boulevard and Carroll Avenue, right across from Southlake Town Square, the new office will offer a highly visible location and the latest in technology.

A “one-stop residential real estate shop,” it will also offer title, mortgage and insurance services. Don’t be surprised if you see a genius bar in there, either.

“The location of our new office is phenomenal,” says Carolyn Rosson, “It is ideally situated across from Southlake Town Square in the hub of the city.”

Expect major technology in every square inch, with cutting-edge toys that will truly set this office apart and off the charts. For example, the new Ebby Southlake office will feature collaboration centers where Associates and clients may meet to discuss residential real estate needs, and some may not physically even be in the building. Cutting-edge technology, including Apple TVs, will help the office’s Associates assist buyers with their home searches and sellers with their understanding of the current local market trends. Busy execs who could not make it to Dallas can join spouses by remote.

Carolyn Rosson, who has been leading top-producing Ebby offices for 26 years, knows that she and her agents are assisting clients with one of the most-expensive and important transactions of their lifetime. Rosson has led the Southlake Office since 2008.

“It is important that we utilize all of the resources that we can to best serve their needs,” said Rosson.

The Southlake Office is currently home to 50 high-producing Ebby agents, and serves Southlake, Westlake, Colleyville, Grapevine, Keller, Roanoke, HEB, Alliance Airport, and all of Tarrant County.

“Our new office will be a gathering place where people can learn about the area, all it has to offer, and why we love Southlake so much,” Rosson says. “We’re invested in Tarrant County and look forward to serving area residents – and those just arriving here – for many years to come.”

12,000 square feet is a pretty large gathering space but then again, that’s just the size of a master closet in a Vaquero home!
