Realtor and designer Paige Poupart told us that her initial walkthrough of the home at 9031 Woodhurst Drive prior to listing impressed her in ways most listings don’t.

“As a Realtor and designer myself, I usually walk into a home to list it and can instantly pick out at least a dozen things that were done wrong, or need to be fixed — this one I spent a good couple hours in the house with the home owners and couldn’t find anything,” she said. “It’s like a magazine spread inside, every time you walk in the door.” (more…)

Saturday Seven Hundred

Nothing makes us happier than to see a historic home beautifully updated for the benefit of another generation.
