I ask because of the progress I see over at the new Central Market coming in to Preston Royal. Clearly, having Whole Foods at Preston Forest has made our lives in this neighborhood eons better. Now Trader Joes is coming to us first over on South Hulen Street in Fort Worth (Fort Worth first, huh?) and word is they will also be opening a store at Walnut Hill and Central. TJ also allegedly wants the current Lamps Plus building on Knox, and will probably get it when the LP lease is up next year. That will be GREAT for those homeowners. My fingers are firmly crossed for all of these!
So I ask you: does it improve property values to have a proliferation of great grocery stores in the neighborhood?
