Remodeled Tudor

Our Saturday Eight Hundred is a Hollywood Heights remodeled Tudor at 823 Clermont Street that is absolute perfection. People love this neighborhood because it’s filled with charming homes built in the 1920s and 1930s. 904 Clermont

Hollywood Heights is one of those picturesque neighborhoods filmmakers love. It’s quaint, charming, and has a unique character. The vast majority of homes were built in the 1920s and ‘30s in a variety of styles, from Spanish eclectic to Craftsman, but the most coveted are the classic Tudor homes. In fact, speculation runs high that it has the largest collection of stone-embellished Tudor cottages in America. Finding one is tricky enough, as once people move in, they stay a good long while. Finding one that’s been fully renovated and for sale is a dream come true. Our Saturday Six Hundred at 904 Clermont is just that. It’s listed by Jim Costello with Costello & Associates.
