Heidi Frederick Takes Her Talents to @properties Christie’s International Real Estate

It was when Heidi Frederick was working in sales at Yahoo! and later at Publicis Worldwide that she became completely obsessed with the idea of selling homes.

“I was fascinated with homes and how people surround themselves with their own personal idea of beauty,” Frederick said.

She turned that obsession into a successful career as she balanced motherhood and life as a real estate agent. And for the longest time, that was enough.

And then Frederick ran into Rosa Collins with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate and, as she said it, “I was blown away.”

You see, Frederick was already a top performer at her previous brokerage, but once she talked to Collins about the growth, support, and opportunities offered by @properties, the expert saleswoman was sold on the brokerage.

“Where she had me at hello was with the technology,” Frederick said. “We had coffee and she showed me the technology they offer their agents. It’s very accessible no matter your skill level. Their technology is like working with an iPhone — it’s very intuitive.”

In the luxury real estate space, @properties is taking off, Frederick added. She feels the market presence @properties has in Dallas, as well as the advancement into the Platinum Corridor, is impressive.

“And the @properties Christie’s social media presence and technology, I think, outshines most in the luxury space, really bringing that white glove service and high-level value to clients on both sides of LBJ,” she said.

It’s also @properties’ affiliation with Christie’s that impressed Frederick. “It’s a big, bold, historic brand,” she said. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that the incredible roster of agents that Jerry Mooty and his executive team have attracted are also warm and welcoming. In fact, Frederick says Mooty is just as accommodating to his agents.

“I had a question and I reached out to Jerry Mooty at like 7 in the morning,” Frederick said. “It was about an investor — not really an immediate priority — and he responded so quickly that he was available.”

It was a breath of fresh air for Frederick, and validated her choice to move to @properties.

“They’re doing such an amazing job,” she said. “They’re being really aggressive but in a very classy way.”
