Watch Dave Perry-Miller Agent Julie Provenzano on HGTV’s ‘Real Estate Intervention’ Monday Sept. 24

Julie Provenzano knows Dallas like the back of her hand. Not surprisingly, the star Dave Perry-Miller & Associates agent and Preston Hollow resident was tapped as a featured real estate expert for HGTV’s Real Estate Intervention. The first airing of the show was Sept. 10, and you can see Provenzano on the next episode, which hits small screens at 9:30 a.m. Sept. 24.

The show is primarily focused on handing out reality checks to homeowners who are trying to sell their homes. With the help of an interior designer, hosts and experts advise sellers on what to do to their properties in order to score the highest price possible.

In the Sept. 24 episode, Julie recruits home stager and designer Cora Sue Anthony to whip a home into shape for a very brisk market. The homeowners, who have had their house on the market for 3 years, haven’t had much in the way of traffic or serious offers. With Provenzano and Anthony’s help, that’s all about to change.
