Friday Five Hundred Club: Brand Butt Spanking New Prairie Off Greenville Ave, $479,900. Not Even Lying.

Share News:

This is the exact kind of home that gives Dallas real estate its great reputation for beautiful, new homes that are so affordable you can snap them right up like shoes, almost. And by the way, since this is new construction by master builder Jeff Dworkin JLD Custom Homes—one of my faves. Naturally, you won’t hear about this sale in Case-Shiller (I hear five peeps are circling this puppy). Talk about urban PC, this home has a walkability score off the charts: five minute walk from Greenville Ave shops and restaurants and a ten minute drive from downtown Dallas. You get four bedrooms, three baths, great architectural layout and a master suite that runs the whole length of the home, which includes a walk-in closet the size of a bedroom! Oh, and on top of that: granite counters, hand-scraped hardwoods, stainless steel appliances, tankless water heater, huge backyard and a 125 year-old tree in the front yard. $479,900. 5932 Richmond.

I am seriously impressed!

After reading this, I decided it's time to revisit Richmond and see if my father's old family bungalow is still standing. There were a lot of tales about his life there. One of which was that my grandmother during the summers would have her midday gin and tonic, lock the two boys outside, fill a bowl full of ice, place it in front of a fan at the foot of her bed, and then nap until supper time.

That's it. I can trade THAT for my 1700 sq foot brick rambler with the tacky 70s oak kitchen and damaged vinyl flooring… and still have enough to pay cash for college? Shut the front door!

I will recommend not to wait until you earn enough cash to order goods! You should just take the <a href="http://bestfinance-blog.com">loans</a&gt; or collateral loan and feel fine
