Art Gallery Pop-Up in Preston Hollow Combines Art, Real Estate, and Charity

Just one more way local agents are disrupting the traditional real estate market: unveiling a brand new home at a benefit event featuring a plethora of local artists at a contemporary new construction home in the northern stretches of Preston Hollow. For one night, 5639 Willow Lane  will be transformed into a pop-up art gallery.

Landon and Thani Burke are hosting the event celebrating local artists and local business owners who enrich local culture tonight from 6 to 10 p.m. Proceeds from the art sale and art auction will benefit Wipe Out Kids’ Cancer.

Featured local artists include Toni Martin, Matthew Brinston, Jeremy McKane, J. Taylor, Cesar Llamas, Christopher Gonzalez, Kelsey Ann Heimerman, Lara Lenhoff, Michael Matson, Elizabeth Martin, Chris Garcia.

Built by Texas Anderson Homes, the five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath, two-story Preston Hollow residence will debut on the market at this Urban Scene Winter event. Markus Hirschbrich with Dave Perry Miller real estatee is the listing agent. The two-story, 5, 564-square-foot Preston Hollow contemporary has a three-car garage.

The event includes complimentary food and beverage by Tribal Juice, Manhattan Brewing Project, Companion Roasters, Patissima Pasta, and Ma’Dears Jelly. Local DJ Aleah Axiom will be providing music.; Social Light is offering a photo booth. Sponsored by Community National Title, Nawker, and Supreme Lending, the evening includes complimentary valet parking. Tickets are $11.
