Dallas interior designer Paige Morse is selling her Oak Cliff home, which has been featured on Design Sponge, Elle Decor and the book The New Bohemians. All textiles and furnishings are for sale, too.

Paige Morse‘s home has become something of a celebrity.

The century-old cottage in North Oak Cliff has been featured in Design Sponge, elle decor, HGTV, and the book The New Bohemians. Morse is an interior decorator, photo stylist, and creative entrepreneur who has documented its transformation as @paigesnextstage on Instagram and Facebook.

Now she’s selling the home, located at 622 N. Winnetka Ave., staging it with all vintage furniture. It just hit the market and they are planning on having an open house/pop up shop so people can come take a look at the house and buy furniture and home decor, as well.

It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 1,456 square feet, built in 1916.

This home sits on a large lot steps away from Kessler Theater, near West Davis Street and North Tyler Street. It’s part of the Kings Highway Conservation District, an area full of Tudor, late Queen Anne, Neoclassical, and Prairie-style homes. This is a very desirable neighborhood.

Inside features of this century-old charming cottage include an updated kitchen and bathroom, oversized bedrooms, and a guest house with separate fenced in yard that features a full bath and kitchen. Electrical has been recently updated along with new tankless water heater.

It was listed June 29 by Molly Mathias with Joe Atkins Realty for $320,000, and went under contract July 5.
