I wanted to highlight this information that came in as a comment: the Turtle Creek Chorale will be performing a free concert tonight, June 14th at 7:00 PM at Cathedral of Hope. Please join the Dallas community and the chorale at this time of reflection and healing in the wake of what happened in Orlando.

Candy – Thanks again for spreading the word on Tuesday night’s concert. We’re ecstatic with the attendance and the feedback we’ve received. They’re estimating almost 1,100 in attendance at the Cathedral of Hope and more than 150,000 viewers from WFAA’s streamcast. This does not include the 28,000 that watched the live feed from the Turtle Creek Chorale website and even more from additional media outlets. More importantly, when we asked to collect donations to give to Equality Florida, we raised over $15,000 for the victims that will go towards funeral expenses. It was truly a moment none of us can forget. Thanks again!
