    Thank you so much for the mention! This property was falling over when we got it and has been reconstructed and taken back to the studs for all new systems. If anyone is confused about the age, DCAD lists the property as 1919, but the tax rolls are almost always incorrect when it comes to older homes, and in this case, there are historical documents showing the house was first occupied by at least 1914. Thanks again for the feature!
